All-on-4 and All-on-6 are full-arch implant solutions for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth. Instead of replacing every tooth with its own implant, four to six titanium implants are placed at carefully planned angles to support a complete fixed bridge.
Angled placement lets us use the strongest available bone, which often avoids the need for extensive bone grafting and shortens the overall treatment. A provisional fixed bridge can usually be fitted early in the process, so you leave the clinic with teeth.
After the implants integrate with the jawbone — typically three to six months — the final zirconia or hybrid bridge is fabricated and secured. The result is stable chewing, natural aesthetics and no removable denture.
